Representative Brown brought up reconsideration of the vote on HB
540 (page 3312).                                                               
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 540                                                            
An Act relating to health care data and registration of births.               
                                                                               
Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that HB
540 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                  
considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so

Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so
